Duty Nurse Administrator (DNA), Nursing

We are seeking a Duty Nurse Administrator to efficiently and effectively oversee the Nursing Department, ensuring alignment with the hospital's goals and objectives, and delivering high-quality care to our patients. Operational Management:

• Monitoring and implementation of safety and health standards.
• Creating awareness of safety and health standards.
• Audit non-conformance of standards of practice.
• Enhancing the quality of service offered to the customers.

• Managing customers’ complaints promptly.
• Attending efficiently and timely to the needs of customers.
• Liaising with relevant Departments to resolve problems.
• Motivating and developing staff towards a customer-centric culture.

• Assist Managers in effective utilization and maintenance of resources.
• Reducing wastage and eliminating pilferage.
• Assist Nurse Manager in ensuring the unit is appropriately staffed by deploying and approving overtime.

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with a valid license with the Malaysia Nursing Board.
• Minimum 5 years working experience and 2 years supervisory level in the related field.
• Supervisory experience in an acute tertiary Health Care Facility is an added advantage.
• Post-basic certification is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage resources and ensure operational efficiency.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to quality care.
