About the Company - Thriving Springs is an AI-powered employee learning and engagement platform that serves several fortune 500 customers. The platform helps businesses with onboarding, training, upskilling, and retaining employees through its AI Native LMS, LXP, employee engagement surveys, and curated course subscriptions. Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential international clients through proactive outreach, market research, and strategic prospecting. Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and strategies.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling to nurture and qualify leads. Effectively communicate Thriving Springs' value proposition and tailor messages to resonate with international prospects.
- Must have experience with Linkedin outreach to create opportunities
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and ensure a smooth handover for further engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align strategies and messaging.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for the sales and marketing teams.
- Qualification : Understand client pain points and qualify leads by assessing their needs and alignment with Thriving Springs' platform
- CRM Management : Accurately record and manage all lead data, touchpoints, and updates in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in SaaS sales, lead generation, and cold calling, in the US region,ideally within the HR Tech sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs in lead generation, outreach, and meeting set-up.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Familiarity with international sales processes and cultural nuances.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while adhering to the requirements of the night shift (EST timezone).
