Role Summary: We are looking for a qualified Bureau Support Associate to join our Trade Bureau Team. You will support various operational responsibilities including daily bureau support tasks handling email inquiries managing deliveries and following company policies. Administrative professionals are crucial in enhancing efficiency delivering excellent customer experiences and streamlining processes. As a Experience documenting customer issues in detail and proactive Bureau Support Associate you will verify payment records provided by clients ensuring they comply with guidelines and meet Trade Bureau requirements. Additionally you will assist the team with various administrative tasks as assigned.   Here are some primary responsibilities for this role: What youll need to bring to the party

  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions and requests for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
  What youll do
  • Verify data submitted by clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all verification activities.
  • Handle daily email inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Administrative duties to support Trade Bureau Team.
  • Collaborate with team members for data compilation and assist the manager with reporting tasks.
  • Perform and achieve the KPI as assigned.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications : More About You:
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in business administration finance accounting commerce or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • Proactive and strong sense of responsibilities
