Role: Reporting for Careers360 News and Magazine Location: Work-from-home but based in Chennai or Bengaluru. May involve travel for reporting assignments. Job Description: Keeping track of developments in the world of education for both long features and short news stories. A good grasp of the sector -- its history and policy directions -- would be required and if the candidate doesn't possess it already, they will be expected to work toward developing an understanding. The reporter will have to cover the developments in education and employment in the state they are in as well as track certain parts of education nationally. Should know and be able to read the main language of the state. Experience: 2 years. Some experience reporting on a social sector would be preferred.
