The Marketing Specialist VA will play a critical role in supporting the operations and marketing efforts of Darwin Apparel LLC. This position requires a proactive and detailoriented individual with indepth knowledge of ecommerce platforms digital marketing tools and influencer engagement strategies. The VA will assist in managing workflows for tools such as Klaviyo Shopify and Social Media platforms while providing actionable insights to improve website traffic and customer engagement. Additionally the VA will oversee influencer outreach campaigns to build brand awareness and enhance marketing effectiveness. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Creation:
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Include writing captions creating graphics editing photos and videos and designing visuals.
- Content Scheduling:
- Use social media management tools like Buffer Hootsuite or Sprout Social to schedule posts in advance
- Ensuring a consistent and timely presence on social media.
- Community Engagement:
- Engaging with the audience by responding to comments messages and mentions fostering interactions and building relationships with followers.
- Involves monitoring social media channels for any mentions of the brand or relevant topics.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Tracking key metrics such as reach engagement and conversion rates to assess the performance of social media campaigns.
- Generate reports and provide insights to help optimize strategies and achieve marketing goals.
- Strategy Development:
- Collaborating with clients to develop social media marketing strategies tailored to their goals and target audience.
- Involve researching trends analyzing competitors and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Ad Campaign Management:
- Creating and managing social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Includes setting up ad targeting monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns for better results.
- Influencer Outreach:
- Identifying and reaching out to relevant influencers or brand ambassadors to collaborate on sponsored content or partnerships helping to expand the brands reach and credibility.
- Content Curation:
- Finding and sharing relevant thirdparty content that aligns with the brands values and interests providing value to the audience and establishing the brand as a thought leader in its industry.
- Stay Updated with Trends:
- Keeping uptodate with the latest trends algorithm changes and best practices in social media marketing to ensure strategies remain effective and relevant.
- Customer Support:
- Providing basic customer support through social media channels addressing inquiries troubleshooting issues and directing customers to appropriate resources or departments as needed.

- Bachelors (Preferred)
- Proven experience in ecommerce operations digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience working with Shopify and email marketing tools such as Klaviyo.
- Familiarity with managing social media platforms and engagement strategies.
- Ability to navigate and use ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify).
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms for email marketing campaigns including setup and execution.
- Knowledge of basic SEO practices and website traffic analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for influencer outreach and social media engagement.
- Ability to respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries on multiple platforms.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
- Takes initiative to research content ideas and identify influencers aligned with the brand.
- Demonstrates the ability to anticipate client needs and adapt accordingly.
- Ensures all tasks from campaign execution to customer engagement are completed accurately and thoroughly.
- Comfortable adjusting priorities based on evolving project requirements.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new tools and processes as needed.
