1. Analyze and design effective search strategies based on client job requirements.
2. Identify and explore relevant search channels to source and attract suitable candidates.
3. Evaluate potential candidates against selection criteria, brief them on job opportunities, and provide detailed candidate reports and recommendations to clients.
4. Oversee the recruitment process from interview to offer, ensuring timely feedback, adjustments as needed, and ensuring positions are filled according to KPIs.
5. Conduct candidate onboarding briefing, maintain regular touchpoints to support adaptation, and monitor ongoing development.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with minimum 1 year of recruitment experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. Strong commercial business acumen.
3. Proficient in English (both oral and written); proficient in Mandarin would be a plus.
4. Enthusiastic about business-focused recruitment tasks, with a strong sense of responsibility.
5. A self-starter who is eager to learn and take on new challenges.
