POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will play a key role in expanding our global footprint by generating high-quality leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation and Outreach o Research and identify potential prospects across global markets. o Use multiple channels to initiate outreach and build relationships with leads. o Develop personalized messaging to engage decision-makers and influencers effectively. Pipeline Management o Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team. o Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. o Track and manage progress of leads through the sales pipeline. Market Research o Conduct in-depth research to understand the target market, industry trends, and competitive landscape. o Provide insights on potential opportunities to the sales and marketing teams. Collaboration o Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and optimize lead-generation strategies. o Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads and feedback loops. Reporting and Analysis o Monitor and report on outreach activities, conversion rates and overall performance metrics. o Identify areas for improvement in the outreach and lead-qualification process. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS · Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred. · 1–3 years of experience in business/sales development or a similar role, preferably in global markets. · Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage a global audience. · Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. · Familiarity with international markets, particularly North America, Europe, APAC. · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead-generation targets. · Excellent research and prospecting skills. · Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. · Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment. · Ability to adapt communication styles to diverse cultural contexts.
