Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Remote (First 2-3 months) / Pune (After 2-3 months) Employment Type: Full-time (6-month probation) Budget: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month Working Days: 6 days a week Equipment: Must have own laptop About Us: At Digital Planet, we specialize in Influencer Marketing, creating authentic and engaging campaigns that help brands connect with their audience. We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team to generate leads, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads and potential clients for the company.
• Conduct market research to find potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate and secure deals with clients to meet revenue targets.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Handle client inquiries, offering solutions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Report on sales activities, progress, and potential forecasts to the management team.

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or working at an agency.
• Proven experience in generating leads and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to relocate to Pune after 2 months of remote work.
• Must have a personal laptop for work.
• Ability to work 6 days a week.
