Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager/Senior Manager to lead the product solution development for addressable TV advertising tailored for telcos, OTT operators, content owners, and broadcasters worldwide. This pivotal role will focus on building and launching our next-generation Dynamic Ads Insertion product, operating on large-scale cloud systems with high business criticality. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of local and remote software engineers in developing a dynamic ads insertion platform, associated operational tools, and end-to-end solutions.
• Define and build innovative solutions for cloud TV ad insertion, ensuring scalable deployment operations.
• Oversee day-to-day cloud operations, maintaining continuous availability, durability, scalability, and uptime.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and other R&D teams to deliver optimal outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Ad Tech Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital ad delivery technologies and a strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem.
• Leadership Experience: 10+ years in engineering, technical innovation, and leading engineering teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience in enterprise software development and large-scale deployments managing high-throughput, IO-intensive services.
• Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with SaaS, multi-tenant products, microservices, database/application server architecture, networks, and DevOps/cloud service management.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
