Role: Team Lead - International (Voice) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur Shifts: Flexible to work Night Shifts Notice Period: 15 days or Immediate Key Requirements: -Graduation is mandatory -Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)-Proven experience managing teams of 10-15+ members -Deep understanding of key performance metrics: Shrinkage, Attrition, AHT, NPS, CSAT -Experience in presenting MBR, QBR, and WBR to senior management -Must come from a BPO industry background Interested?
