Role Overview: The Strategic Alliances Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships with B2C e-commerce platforms for I Made a Song. This role requires a mix of relationship management, analytical thinking, and strategic insight to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and Develop Partnerships: o Research and identify potential B2C e-commerce platforms for collaboration. o Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations. 2. Negotiate Agreements: o Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial terms for partnerships. o Develop and execute contractual agreements with legal and compliance teams. 3. Strategic Planning: o Design and implement strategies to maximize the potential of partnerships. o Align partnership objectives with overall business goals. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: o Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to leverage partnerships effectively. o Ensure seamless integration and implementation of collaborative initiatives. 5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: o Track partnership performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement. o Provide regular updates and insights to senior management. 6. Market Analysis: o Stay updated on trends in the e-commerce industry, identifying new opportunities for growth. o Benchmark competitors' partnership strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications and Skills:  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.  Experience: 4-6 years of experience in strategic partnerships, strategic alliances or business development, preferably in the B2C e-commerce space.  Skills: o Demonstrated ability to handle and close high-value deals independently. o Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities. o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for negotiations and presentations. o Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. o Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software. Personality Traits: o Self-motivated and result-driven. o Excellent organizational and time-management skills. o Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
