We are seeking dynamic and motivated B2B Travel Agents to join our team at Citylaila across multiple locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, and Surat. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the travel industry who excel in networking, onboarding new travel agents, and upselling products. Roles and Responsibilities: Networking and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents to foster collaboration and drive business growth. Onboarding New Partners: Identify potential travel agents, onboard them onto our platform, and ensure a seamless integration process. Upselling Products: Promote and upsell travel packages, local tours, and additional services to travel agents to maximize revenue. Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new products or improvements. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, provide regular updates to management, and suggest actionable insights to enhance growth. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business, travel, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on B2B sales or travel agent networking. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships effectively. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for the travel industry. Salary and Incentives: Base Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience). Incentive Structure: Achieving monthly targets: Up to ₹10,000. Upselling products: Up to ₹5,000 per month.
