Title: Inside Sales Executive Experience Level: 2 to 4 Years Location: Gurugram Job Objective: We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to contribute to RPATech's growth by identifying and qualifying leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and fostering customer relationships. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in generating revenue and expanding RPATech’s footprint in the AI-powered automation industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold-calling, and online networking.
- Pipeline Building: Develop a robust sales pipeline by nurturing leads and tracking them through the sales funnel.
- Product Expertise: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of RPATech’s AI-powered automation solutions to prospects.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales Aptitude: Passionate about a career in sales and driven by achieving targets.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Proficient in managing leads, databases, and reports.
- Basic Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with fundamental sales techniques and tools.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and proactively achieve goals.
- Experience: 2–4 years in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Background in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
