Job Description: Audit Executive/ Verification Asst (Tele Calling) Position Title : Audit Executive / Verification Asst (Tele Calling) Location: Flexible/Remote Employment Type: Part-time/Contract Reports To: Program Coordinator Salary: 15000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Audit Executive / Verification Asst (Tele Calling). The primary responsibilities include calling the program participants to confirm their attendance and understanding of the program, conducting audit checks, and ensuring accurate feedback collection. This is a flexible, target-based role requiring proficiency in regional languages along with basic English communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Participant Communication:
- Call program participants to confirm their participation, gather feedback, and address any concerns or queries.
- Clearly communicate program details, schedules, and requirements to participants.
- Conduct audit checks to ensure participants’ details and program compliance align with established guidelines.
- Verify participant data and attendance records for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and feedback collected from participants.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on call outcomes and identified issues.
- Meet daily/weekly call and confirmation targets as set by the program coordinator.
- Strive for high completion rates for participant confirmations and audit verifications.
- Work closely with the program team to address participant issues and ensure smooth program operations.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to the relevant team members for prompt resolution.
- Proficiency in at least one regional language and basic English communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently in a target-based role.
- Familiarity with using basic office tools such as MS Excel, Word, or Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Adaptable and flexible in managing schedules and targets.
