Position: Associate Technology Project Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Location: India Work Mode: Remote (Hybrid/Remote as needed) Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Shift Timing: North America (NAM) EST 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Technology Project Manager to join our team at Randstad. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, and quality standards. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities -
- Manage and execute technology-related projects using established methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee all phases of project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Utilize and manage systems like VMS, ATS, Beeline, and SAP Fieldglass to streamline operations and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure success.
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Foster strong relationships with team members and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Mandatory expertise in Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Beeline, and SAP Fieldglass.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Fieldglass, preferably in technology-focused roles. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid setting while adhering to the NAM (EST) shift.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines.
