Job Title: Treasury Systems Specialist (1-Year Renewable Contract) Location: Singapore Industry: Global Technology Sector About the Role: We are supporting a leading global technology company in hiring a Senior Treasury Systems Specialist . This pivotal role focuses on administering treasury management systems (TMS) for foreign exchange (FX) operations and supporting major system implementation projects, including SAP S/4 and an in-house intercompany payments platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience in project management, and a collaborative mindset to work across global functions. Key Responsibilities: Treasury Systems Administration: Serve as the Primary Administrator for the TMS FX module, ensuring seamless and accurate data integration across platforms such as FXall, Bloomberg, SAP, and internal systems. Monitor and troubleshoot system operations, ensuring timely completion of scheduled jobs. Develop and implement solutions to meet global FX and market data-related requirements, optimizing automation and reporting. Lead system upgrades and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues. Treasury Platform Implementation: Act as the main liaison for Treasury Cash Management and FX teams during the implementation of an in-house intercompany payments platform. Conduct UAT testing, collaborate with banking partners, and resolve technical issues in coordination with IT and project teams. Track project timelines and status, ensuring deliverables are met. SAP S/4 Treasury Implementation: Support the implementation of SAP S/4 Treasury and FX modules, analyzing and finalizing treasury processes in collaboration with stakeholders. Work closely with consultants and project teams to align treasury requirements with system capabilities. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or a related field. Strong technical skills in SQL and VBA . Experience with FIS Integrity, FXall, and SAP Treasury is a plus. Proven experience in systems administration , project management , and system implementation. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively. Knowledge of treasury functions, FX operations, and financial data integration processes.
