Maria Logan Recruitment are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our client, one of Ireland's leading corporate catering companies. As the Assistant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the unit from day-to-day operations, staff management, and financial performance, all while ensuring a positive environment is promoted throughout your team. Your ability to motivate those around you and assist with leading a team with an optimistic personality is a must for this role. This role is 5/7 shifts per week with a mix of daytime and evening shifts.
