Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. Responsible for the end-to-end processing of Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds of clients covering Hong Kong and Singapore booking centres. Ensure daily activities are conducted professionally and accurately while ensuring that internal guidelines and policies are followed. YOUR CHALLENGE Client Management (internal & external) Coordinates with internal departments and external sub custodians, custodians, agents & counterparties to ensure that daily work meets organizational standards Monitor the queries received and provide responses or holding replies within a reasonable timeframe Business Management Process all transactions for Hedge Funds and monitor exception queues / daily reports, e.g. subscription, redemption, transfer etc Review the timeliness of generation of Hedge Funds contract notes to clients Perform an oversight function on the subscription order process flow for Private Equity Funds, including completeness and accuracy check on subscription documents Process all transactions throughout the life cycle of the Private Equity Funds, e.g. subscription & commitment order, capital call, distribution, transfer etc. Process other ad-hoc Private Equity Funds transactions, e.g. management fees (rebates) and subscription fees Perform daily cash reconciliation and bi-weekly securities reconciliation for Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds Participate in projects or initiatives and User-Acceptance-Testing when required Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations RANK Assistant Manager/Associate Director YOUR PROFILE SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Personal and Social Good communication skills and able to interact with people at various levels High level of integrity, commitment and drive to excel in the role Demonstrates initiative, passion, independence and is an effective team-player Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines Excellent inter-personal skills with service oriented mind-set Professional and Technical Diploma/Degree and minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in banking or related discipline.
