Business Specialist (MNC / no experience welcome)

Job Description: Job Responsibilities Project Management: Lead the strategic planning and execution of business initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Manage project timelines, cost, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Market Research and Business Case Development: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth. Develop business cases by analyzing data and market needs to support strategic decision-making. Financial Analysis: Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities, performing detailed financial analysis and valuation to guide decision-making. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to drive project success and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Business Management: Establish KPI management framework that covers regular performance review with the existing businesses, reporting to the Management team and subsequent follow-up. Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks such as handling contracts, agreements, PR (Purchase Requisition) & PO (Purchase Order) processes and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth project execution. Other Value Chain Projects: Support other value chain projects within the team as needed. This may include M&A activities, such as due diligence and integration processes, if necessary. Job Requirements Degree with 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, strategy, or corporate finance is preferred. No experience required; candidates who fulfill the requirements & have a solid understanding of business and finance are welcome as on-the-job training will be provided. Strong analytical and numerical skills with expertise in feasibility studies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of stakeholders. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Possess good business acumen. Open to travel for business. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. 5 days a week, MNC.
