Reporting to the Head, Business Development, you will work with Business Development Executives to fulfill the following job responsibilities: Operations and Administration (70%) Execute daily operations across various functions such as administration, logistics, procurement, and finance-related activities. Prepare and maintain up-to-date financial records and administrative filing. Work closely with students and lecturers for the provision of class attendance, timetable, and student services. Plan, coordinate, and execute course orientations, opening & closing receptions, and any other duties as required during the course. Collate and monitor the satisfaction and outcomes of business transactions from the clients and vendors. Sales and Marketing (30%) Coordinate, implement, and support the promotion and marketing (through marketing collaterals) of the Centre’s training courses, programmes, seminars, and workshops. Prepare periodic sales, marketing, and financial reports, and any other reports as may be required. Work with the Head for new business proposals including costing & budgeting for courses, training programmes, seminars, and workshops. Update clients’ records and attend to sales enquiries. Assist in the planning and preparation of RELC International Conferences, exhibitions, road-shows, meetings, and official functions, including physical arrangements, at the Centre or overseas. Key Requirements: Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline. Preferably 2-3 years in a Business Development/Sales/Operations role from the education & training sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Excellent communicator. Able to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders. Detailed, meticulous, and able to multitask. Sales driven and result-oriented. Customer-centric. Good project management and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
