Manager, Group Investments This role supports and drives investment success by contributing to the development and execution of strategic investment plans. The Manager will be actively involved in the full lifecycle of investment deals, from sourcing and due diligence to deal closure and asset management, both locally and internationally. Responsibilities: Strategic Investment as well as Capital Recycling Planning: Contribute to the formulation of investment and asset management strategies aligned with business objectives. Deal Origination & Execution: Actively source, identify, and evaluate potential investment and divestment opportunities. Lead the end-to-end deal execution process, including: Conducting in-depth feasibility studies and comprehensive due diligence. Developing robust financial models and conducting thorough financial analysis. Preparing compelling investment memos and presentations. Independently coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the deal process. Transaction Structuring: Determine optimal risk allocation and develop effective transaction structures for each project. Asset Management & Enhancement: Monitor the performance of development and investment properties as well as prepare comprehensive investment review and asset management reports. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in real estate investments. Demonstrated expertise in real estate acquisitions, including development and investment properties. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with a keen understanding of financial markets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
