Job Description You will assist the CapitaLand Institute of Management & Business team in the daily operations, as well as participate in the ongoing projects. Responsibilities Assist in L&D activities such as organising training programmes, learning festivals, and talks at Business Unit and Group Level Design EDMs and visuals using Canva Assist in creating social platforms and SharePoint for learning Assist in converting contents into SCORM compliant files Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resources or any other related disciplines Intermediate level in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Intermediate level in using Canva to design EDMs Knowledge of use of Typeform, Articulate Storyline and Microsoft Teams would be advantageous Independent, able to multitask and detail-oriented Good spoken and written English Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
