Process accounts receivable and accounts payable Record transactions relating to sales, purchases, receivables and payables Manage day-to-day duties of accounts payable and accounts receivables, ensuring timely payments are made, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices and resolving accounts queries Update daily cash book and liaise with third party providers, clients and suppliers Prepare and send statement of account to customers by end of the month Manage the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company and its subsidiaries Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs Prepare and ensure the monthly financial and analytical reports are made on a timely basis for review Prepare monthly intercompany settlements To manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation Perform bank reconciliations, collection and credit control Responsible for quarterly GST Reporting Prepare required schedules/reports for yearly audit and tax purposes Liaising with auditors and responding to any queries Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer Job Requirements Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles. A team player with initiative. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Meticulous, organized and good planning skills.
