Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization. We are looking for an IT Service Manager to grow our business. Responsibilities Managing the system monitoring tool to proactively identify and prevent system issues and trigger incident management with different teams. Overseeing day-to-day defect management for critical incidents, providing regular updates, and ensuring timely resolutions. Overseeing the entire planned maintenance cycle for customer’s critical services by coordinating approval for maintenance work and notifications. Aligning with Outsourcing Management Framework and implementing outsourcing practices for IT outsourcing. Managing IT Outsourcing Risks of a group of service providers to ensure outsourcing risk exposure over key processes is within Risk Policy. Conducting site visits to assess compliance with established processes of outsourced services/activities. Assessing and mitigating outsourcing risk to an acceptable level and recommending follow-up action or facilitating risk acceptance. Conducting validation to ensure issues/risks noted during site visits are rectified or mitigated adequately & timely. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders (Group Risk/Compliance/Legal/Audit/Ops Risk/Subject Matter Experts) to address Outsourcing Risk-related matters. Conducting risk-related briefings and/or training to service providers, where appropriate. Performing peer reviews on site visit documentation to ensure quality assurance. Establishing the process to proactively monitor service quality. Supporting operational and process improvement initiatives on service providers. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Business or Banking and Finance preferred. 3+ years of experience in IT Operations and/or IT Outsourcing Governance in the above functions. Experience in conducting outsourcing due diligence and risk assessment for public cloud service providers. Familiarity with Outsourcing guidelines issued by MAS and ABS. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Possessing a good control mindset and able to understand a broad range of operational issues. Self-starter with the ability to multi-task. Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills. Attention to detail and good analytical skills. Ability to work independently, with strong planning and organization skills. A team player with the ability to drive and complete initiatives independently.
