Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company growth targets in the APAC & Middle East regions.
- Oversee and manage the sales pipeline across the regions, ensuring a strong and consistent revenue stream.
- Lead a team of 5 country managers across diverse markets, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure alignment of the sales strategy with market demands.
- Ensure the effective allocation of resources and support to each region, while maintaining consistency in sales processes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, driving communication between cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, key decision-makers, and influencers within the hospitality and tech industries.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment with sales efforts.
- Deliver against sales targets while continuously identifying opportunities to increase market share and expand into new regions.
