Job details
Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure smooth production plan to achieve on-time delivery to customers. Manage materials requirement for production based on customers’ orders and forecasts. Prepare capacity planning and production scheduling. Control and manage overall inventory within management target. Liaise with customers on order release, delivery, and forecast changes. Track supplier on-time delivery and overseas logistics shipments. Ensure timely delivery of Finished Goods. Conduct monthly stock take and perform monthly inventory reconciliation. Manage subcontractors and handle all matters relating to customer order, forecast, and delivery requirement. Able to coordinate and prepare administrative documents in a timely manner for order fulfillment. Prepare monthly departmental reporting. Ensure corporate and regulatory compliance. Perform any other duties as assigned by the HOD as and when required. Prepare logistic schedule - driver delivery, collection, loading/unloading container. Arrange equipment servicing. Conduct monthly and annual stock take activities on time with accurate reports to finance. Ensure material-related SOPs and WIs guideline compliance by store personnel. Requirements: Diploma in any field. 2 years experience in planning preferred. Knowledge in ERP, Microsoft Navision Dynamics preferred. Proficient in written and spoken English.
