The role demands a blend of strategic oversight, team management, and hands-on execution to ensure the successful implementation of key initiatives, including AI-powered matchmaking, Success Circles, technology optimization, and national expansion. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional with experience in managing large-scale projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and driving results in the MSME or entrepreneurial ecosystem.
