Add expected salary to your profile for insights Responsibilities: Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource support services including but not limited to payroll, benefits, leave, employee experience and performance management; Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and manager but escalate complex and/or sensitive matters to the Higher level. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and assistance for HRMS support. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Executes daily functions following the established policies and practices to maintain compliance. Manages employee onboarding process including pre-logistics are being taken care of prior to joining, communication to internal stakeholders on the program. Participates actively in the yearly HR initiatives and any projects as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in a related field Possess strong payroll administration background especially in the beauty/retail/FMCG industry Resourceful, creative, tech savvy and with an inquisitive mind; Eye for detail and good follow through skills; Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English and Malay is a must. Fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
