Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil/Architectural BIM Modeler - LOD 500 with 4-5 years of experience at CAD n BIM SERVICES in Manama. The role involves working on building information modeling (BIM), creating construction drawings, and collaborating with the team to ensure project success. Qualifications

1. Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings skills
2. Experience in Architecture and Modeling and AutoCAD drafting
3. Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
4. Ability to work on complex projects with attention to detail
5. Proficiency in relevant BIM software
6. Understanding of construction processes and standards
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills
8. Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
9. Proficient with BIM 360, AutoCAD, and other architectural software.
