Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to be based at Shared Services Finance Function . The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for managing and overseeing the General Ledger and Month End Closing function across the Hotels Portfolio, as well as overseeing the Payroll and Cost control functions. The ideal candidate will hold a professional qualification such as ACA, CA, or ACCA, or a B.Sc. degree in accounting candidates with Big 4 background will have advantage. Key Responsibilities:

  • General ledger Maintenance: Lead the team of General Accountants to maintain the GL accounting & Month end process across the Hotels.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee and monitor the payroll function and Cost Control Functions.
  • Internal Audit: Coordinate and lassie with Group Internal Audit Team for execution of Internal Audit relating to Balance sheet, Payroll & Cost control functions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including compliance with IFRS in maintenance of Accounting Records.
  • Financial Audits: Assist the DOF in provision of information for Financial Audits.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Provide the historical information and key trends to DOF for effectively Managing the budgeting process for hotel entities, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
  • ACA, CA, ACCA, Bsc in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a Big 4 accounting firm.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a finance or audit team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
