The Shopping Centre This standout shopping centre boasts 42,000 GLA of retail with over 100 speciality stores, Woolworths, Big W and Darwin’s only V-Max Event Cinema. The Role Reporting to the National Director, you will be required to manage the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre, including but not limited to: Tenant inquiries Weekly and monthly reporting Rent reviews and renewals Preparing and analysing quarterly budget reviews Managing policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements to ensure the asset strategy aligns with the owner's vision for success To be successful for this role, you will have: Previous experience working as a Centre Manager for a large shopping centre or in a regional location Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills High level of financial acumen Ability to manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external Positive yet strong personality who wants to make a difference Working with an established property business that has a proven track record in delivering the highest possible standards for its staff, retailers, customers, and communities is not only satisfying but inspiring to be a part of.
