Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition:
- Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and evaluate applicants' qualifications and fit for open roles.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from application to onboarding.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events.
- Promote the company’s culture and values through recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
- Experience in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards).
