Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join the Chief People Officer (CPO) office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CPO and the leadership team, contributing to the HR transformation project management office. The individual will play a critical role in driving the HR digital transformation initiative at a pan-max level. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent data comprehension, and exceptional presentation abilities to support this strategic initiative. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation and transformation in the HR domain. Responsibilities: • Provide strategic support to the CPO which includes the preparation and routing of reports, documents, presentation decks, ad hoc data requests, dashboards, etc. • Work on special HRIS, HR Tech Transformation projects as requested, which might require making in roads wherever required to collect data, opinions, understanding current scenarios, data mining, estimation & presentation of facts, etc. • Work well under pressure and tight deadlines and exercise good discretion • Understanding the technical aspects of these tools is essential for efficient management • Ability to integrate different HR digital applications and systems for seamless data flow and optimized operations. This includes understanding APIs, data migration, and ensuring compatibility between various platforms. • Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes using digital tools, streamline workflows, and enhance system efficiency to improve overall productivity. Other requirements: • This position must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced professional work environment that demands excellent problem solving, organizational, and communication skills while maintaining confidentiality at all times. • The incumbent would demonstrate the ability to drive results in an ambiguous environment, with a high level of attention to detail. • The role requires great organizational skills, ability to find solutions to problems, juggle multiple requests, and identify ways to drive efficiency • This is a hands-on role and the ideal candidate must be a self-starter, willing to - roll up his/her sleeves, - think and move fast, dive deep, and get things done.
