The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of all company buildings, including gym equipment, and managing a team to ensure a safe and functional environment. Key Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of gym equipment.
  • Inspect and maintain gym equipment regularly.

Team Management:

  • Manage a team of maintenance and cleaning staff.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans.

Reporting:

  • Maintain trackers and submit weekly reports to the management.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
