More: Job Details Responsibilities ● Working closely with the project management team in designing & implementing technical solutions for multiple projects and ensuring their efficacy and smooth data integration for various projects. ● Identifying and providing timely workarounds and solutions when possible for incoming technical issues in project execution. ● Articulating features and differentiating solutions offerings to audiences ranging from project managers to end clients. ● Helping in creating analytics dashboards for customers and the fulfilment team (PM & supply team) by writing queries (in SQL). ● Documenting the technology solutions in precise detail for reproducibility in the future. ● Mentoring juniors & reviewing their work. ● Interacting with clients to understand and assist them in the data-integration process, if needed. ● Driving operational efficiency by writing scripts & APIs (Python, JS) to automate day-to-day work. ● Working closely with the Software Engineering team to come up with efficient & optimal solutions for complex use cases. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science is preferred). ● Good understanding of data structures, system design, and REST APIs. ● 2-4 years of working experience in technically supporting various projects & clients. ● Expertise in writing SQL queries. ● Good communication skills with experience in presenting data-driven insights. ● A never-ending desire to grow and learn. ● Strong understanding of programming logic and software. ● Ability to figure out details with broad guiding principles. ● Systematic problem-solving skills coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive. ● Good written and verbal communication skills. ● Curiosity to improve processes actively and effectively.
