Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Ducting Supervisor located in Doha, Qatar. The Ducting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of ducting systems. They will lead a team of technicians, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in HVAC ducting installation, maintenance, and repair
- Supervisory experience in managing a team of technicians
- Understanding of safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Relevant certifications or technical training in HVAC systems
- Experience in the construction or facilities management industry is a plus
