Business Process Consultants (Digital Marketing) - 100% remote, Start ASAP

Dear Business Process Experts! For one of the leading digital agencies in Germany, we are looking for multiple Business Process Consultants with experience in consulting clients on their digital marketing processes.

• Duration: 3+ months (extension very likely)
• Part-time or full-time both possible
• Some overlap with UCT business hours will be necessary!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support in defining governance and other digital marketing process consulting topics.
• Strong business process understanding, with the ability to challenge, provide expertise, and offer suggestions.
• Entrepreneurial ways of thinking.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing topics (Digital campaigns, Social media, etc.), including campaign planning, production, cost tracking and optimization, campaign localization, etc.
• Experience in process mapping, creating guidelines, RACIs, and role descriptions, etc.
• Ability to report and collaborate effectively with upper management on the client side.
• Analyzing project management tools and ensuring compliance with processes.
• Expertise in deck creation and content development that helps enable client stakeholders to adopt new processes (localization playbooks, reporting to executive, etc.).
