  4. Deep understanding of tax processes, compliance regulations, and ECM best practices.
  5. Proficiency in Java programming, scripting languages, and customization of Alfresco components.
  6. Expertise in Alfresco ECM suite, including Share, Content Services, and Process Services.
  7. Extensive experience in integrating Alfresco with diverse systems through REST APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
  8. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to troubleshoot intricate technical challenges.
  9. Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to team interaction.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Alfresco ECM Developer with an extensive background in designing, developing, and implementing tax-related solutions using the Alfresco Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in ECM technologies, tax processes, and integration strategies. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of advanced Alfresco solutions that optimize tax-related document management, compliance, and reporting workflows. Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture and Design:

  1. Collaborate closely with tax experts and business stakeholders to understand complex tax processes and compliance requirements.
  2. Architect and design sophisticated Alfresco ECM solutions that cater to intricate tax-related document management needs.
  3. Develop comprehensive architectural designs, including data models, workflows, and integration points, aligning with industry best practices and regulations.

Advanced Development and Customization:

  1. Lead the development of advanced Alfresco customizations, including scripts, extensions, and integrations, to meet tax-specific requirements.
  2. Implement custom metadata models, content rules, and document types to ensure accurate document categorization and retrieval.
  3. Develop automated workflows and data-driven processes that streamline tax document lifecycles and compliance procedures.

Integration Excellence:

  1. Architect seamless integrations between Alfresco ECM and external systems such as tax calculation tools, ERP platforms, and reporting solutions.
  2. Establish robust data exchange mechanisms that ensure real-time and accurate transfer of tax-related information across systems.
  3. Enforce strict security measures and access controls to safeguard sensitive tax documents and data.
  4. Deploy the solution on Liferay Portal.

Quality Assurance and Performance Optimization:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate the functionality, accuracy, and performance of Alfresco solutions.
  2. Employ performance optimization techniques to ensure rapid and efficient processing of tax documents and information.
  3. Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues and maintain the integrity of the ECM environment.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

  1. Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration guidelines.
  2. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members on advanced Alfresco ECM development practices and tax considerations.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  1. Stay abreast of the latest developments in Alfresco ECM, tax regulations, and content management trends.
  2. Spearhead initiatives for continuous innovation, identifying opportunities for process automation, enhancement, and technological advancement.
