As they expand into the ANZ market, they are seeking a Business Development Lead based in Sydney or Melbourne. The company specializes in: Training : Using scientifically-backed content to engage employees across organizations. Consulting : Driving impactful, localized solutions. Role Overview: The Business Development Lead for ANZ will be focused on acquiring new B2 B clients in Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for managing the regional business pipeline and driving growth through: Identifying businesses committed to HR-Tech and their transition efforts. Scheduling meetings with key decision-makers at potential clients. Collaborating with the global team to close deals and finalize contracts. Nurturing key client relationships in the region. Working closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of B2 B sales experience, ideally in HR-Tech or related fields. Strong consultative sales approach and excellent communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup. Keen business acumen with the ability to identify both short- and long-term opportunities. A positive, solution-oriented attitude with a drive to overcome challenges and learn from setbacks.
