Base pay range A$100,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr D365 Application Support Engineer (Remote) Our end user client is actively looking to add to their D365 team during a key stage in their implementation of D365 F&O and CE. In this role you will provide day-to-day technical support across global applications, ERP, CRM and web facing systems. Remote: Must be based in AustraliaRole type: Fulltime permanent About the Company The organisation is an enterprise sized business with locations in Australia, New Zealand and USA. They operate within the Heavy Manufacturing industry. Responsibilities Provide 2nd Level technical support for all ERP and CRM system users Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt handling of tickets, communication with customers and adherence to SLAs. Manage security profiles across applications in line with IT security principles. Undertake tuning and scaling of systems for both performance and security.
