Description du poste : Department Overview: TD spends over $6 Billion each year with suppliers. Strategic Sourcing Group’s (SSG) role, in collaboration with our business partners, is to create sustainable competitive advantage for TD by leveraging this third party spend and the expertise of our key suppliers to meet our needs, reduce total cost and mitigate supply-related risks. Team Overview: SSG - Contractor Engagement Program (CEP) Office. The program supports contingent staffing across the Bank's North American footprint, for all businesses, with the exception of the retail branch network. Job Description: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Contractor Engagement Program; this position is responsible to lead a team of professionals in operationalizing business specific program requirements; provide day to day operational and administrative support to organization business partners, enterprise wide. CUSTOMER
- Manage a team of 4 providing program related services to internal partners.
- Manage and work with internal stakeholders, business partners and external suppliers supporting the CEP program.
- Act as a key reference point and subject matter expert for programs and processes relating to Contractor Engagement Program.
- Provide business subject matter expertise in the development and delivery of the CEP program.
- Liaise with other subject matter experts, internally and externally, to understand and interpret applicable legislation / regulations relating to program administration.
- Ensure business and partners are provided with program guidance, advice and support as required.
- Manage all program administration activities, ensuring co-ordination of changes, monitoring the effectiveness, timeliness and accuracy of program delivery.
- Coordinate department compliance with overall division guidelines as well as regulatory agencies.
- Identify key metrics and criteria for success and ensure appropriate reporting mechanisms are established and implemented.
- Responsible for ensuring effective communication to employees and leaders on operational policies, programs, processes and standards as well as improving work processes and finding efficiencies through new initiatives and other changes for continuous improvement.
- Ensure team adheres to enterprise frameworks and methodologies related to overall business management activities.
- Lead relationships with corporate and/or control functions to ensure alignment with enterprise and/or regulatory requirements.
- Execute on the annual business plan to deliver results aligned with business strategies.
- Support team in staying knowledgeable on emerging issues, trends and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and communicate the effectiveness of delivery strategies, programs, and practices related to own area.
- Assess / identify key issues and escalate to appropriate levels and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify, mitigate and report on risk issues per enterprise policy / guidance.
- Ensure business operations are in compliance with applicable internal and external requirements.
- Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite.
- Responsible for management of the overall team providing both leadership and guidance.
- Set targets and objectives for the team, and deliver results.
- Grow team expertise to align with business/enterprise demand and direction.
- Lead a high performing team; provide on-going feedback and performance reviews.
- Lead the process of setting performance objectives for the team; track, monitor and effectively address and/or reward performance in a timely manner.
- Manage employees in compliance with all human resources policies, procedures and guidelines of conduct.
- Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally.
- Coordinates and prioritizes multiple initiatives and manages team resource allocation.
- Establishes effective relationships with different Stakeholders, Business Sponsors, Executives and LOB.
- Proven superior customer service skills to the LOB's.
- Proven ability to work with and manage external suppliers.
- Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in handling confidential information.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and Outlook.
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft) is an asset.
