We are seeking a highly motivated Software Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist and participate in the development and improvement of our software platforms. You will work closely with various software development squads and stakeholders, contributing to enhancing system functionality and efficiency. Detailed Role Overview : As a Software Development Manager, you will be deeply involved in managing teams that work with financial systems and consumer interaction platforms. You will play a key role in software development and strategic initiatives, overseeing projects such as systems to invoice and bill our clients, systems to compensate our drivers, and systems that determine the rates for using our services. Additionally, you will manage the development of consumer interaction systems, including notifications sent to our customers. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, contributing directly to the company's growth and product development. Responsibilities :- Lead or contribute to key tasks or projects.
- Manage specific duties such as project deadlines and team coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Ensure the successful execution of related activities.
- Other duties as assigned, related to software development and team support.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in financial systems and consumer interaction platforms.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects.
