As part of DPDHL, you will be working with a global network of CRE colleagues and benefit from a wide range of development opportunities. Job Purpose: You will be responsible for developing and delivering sustainable projects and initiatives that have a tangible impact on the environment for the Building Infrastructure. You will identify, research, and analyze new opportunities for the organization to reduce its environmental impact and work with stakeholders and external partners to develop and implement solutions. Your tasks: Manage sustainable projects in a tactical and operational manner in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines, and policies. Implement strategies. Engage stakeholders. Minimize the consumption of natural resources. Reduce CO2 emissions. Manage staffing, third parties, and contractors through KPIs and SLAs. Ensure your team delivers an efficient, high-quality service that meets business and external needs. Support all start-ups for new customers of DSC. Provide analysis and quotations for all new proposals of DSC. Your profile: Education Level: College Certificate or equivalent experience/qualification.
