• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Resolve customer complaints and feedback
• Process reservations, takeout orders, and delivery requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless service
• Answer questions about menus, promotions, and events
• Handle loyalty program and customer retention initiatives.

• Candidates should possess an OND / NCE qualification with 1+ years relevant customer service experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain patience.
