What you’ll achieve As a Customer/Technical Training Intern, you will be delivering, designing, authoring or editing advanced level e-learning, web-based, blended and classroom curriculum to a variety of audiences. You will:- Ensure effective delivery of training and solutions to support the highest competence given the level of knowledge and skills required.
- Deliver and design innovative methodologies to keep learners engaged in platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Adobe Connect.
- Work on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions.
- Partner with the business and subject matter experts to assess and customize training based on current and future needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Basic understanding of AR/VR technology.
- Productivity and excellent communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/problems using multiple sources of information.
- Extend capabilities by working closely with senior staff/experts within and outside the internal organization.
- Regularly interact with colleagues generally up to senior level management.
