In this hands-on role, you’ll engage with customers, provide expert advice on bike maintenance, and perform repairs. - Build strong relationships with walk-in customers, offering expert consultations and technical advice.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain bikes, ensuring top-quality service.
- Provide feedback on technical service issues and suggest improvements.
- Support daily back-end office functions and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist in promotional events, roadshows, and trade exhibitions.
- Perform additional tasks as required by management.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Fresh graduates, school leavers, and cycling enthusiasts are encouraged to apply.
- Technical knowledge of bicycles is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and a friendly approach to customer interactions.
