Position: HR Supervisor

Company Industry: Travel Company

Work Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Salary: Php30,000-Php40,000

Work Set-up: Work Onsite

Job Description: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent field

At least 3 years of HR Supervisor is an advantage

Experience with having at least 3 HR subordinates is a plus

Amenable to attend interviews

Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

Overall responsible for creating and overseeing the organization's human resources policies, programs, and strategies

Effectively manage the HR department and offer strategic HR insights.

Oversees every aspect of human resources, including hiring, employee relations, training, and

Development, Payroll, Safety and Health, Performance Management, Benefits and Compensation, Organizational Administrative and Development Services.

Oversee and assist with all HR-related issues, questions, and requests, both internal and external.

Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including offering HR assistance with hiring and training.

Create reports on general HR operations and keep databases with a variety of employee data.

Stay current on the newest trends and best practices in human resources.

Organize and cultivate a good working relationship with staff members at all organizational levels and across departments.

(Employment contract, contract update/destroy, etc.) relating to employment, transfer, or retirement system for human resources (evaluation, pay raise, promotion, reward system, etc.)

Response pertaining to labor (social insurance, wages, welfare, etc.)

Employee-related (maintenance of employment regulations, attendance control, infractions and disciplinary measures,

mediation, etc.)

Management of occupational safety and health and the creation of an internal environment

Enhancement and upkeep of employee and customer engagement

Management, tracking, and reporting of business progress
