Odoo Functional Consultant

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with 3 to 5 years of expertise in implementing and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner between clients' business needs and technical teams, ensuring Odoo applications are effectively tailored to meet organizational requirements. This role encompasses analyzing business processes, configuring Odoo modules, providing end-user training, and delivering ongoing support to ensure seamless ERP integration and functionality. Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis:
• Collaborate with clients to understand and document business workflows and requirements, ensuring alignment with Odoo capabilities.
• Implementation & Configuration:
• Customize and configure Odoo ERP modules to meet client-specific needs while maintaining optimal system performance and scalability.
• Training & Support:
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in Odoo functionalities, and provide ongoing technical support to resolve issues efficiently.
• Process Optimization:
• Analyze existing business workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimized solutions using Odoo applications.
• Documentation:
• Develop detailed functional specifications, user guides, and training materials to support implementation and user onboarding.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with technical teams to facilitate seamless system customization, integration, and deployment, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Testing & Validation:
• Conduct functional testing to validate that implemented solutions meet business requirements and adhere to quality standards.
• Reporting & Insights:
• Generate insightful reports and dashboards using Odoo to help clients make data-driven decisions and improve operational efficiency.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, ACCA or CA.
• Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant with a strong track record of successful ERP implementations.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP modules, including configuration and functional customizations.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) and familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
• Exceptional ability to analyze business requirements and deliver effective, client-centric solutions.
• Communication Skills:
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Team Collaboration:
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across business and technical functions.
• Certifications:
• Odoo Functional Consultant Certification or other relevant ERP certifications are preferred.
