Customer Service Representative - 18000 Monthly Salary (Makati)

DESCRIPTION:

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are resolved efficiently. Their duties include handling inquiries through various communication channels, such as phone, email, or chat, and offering solutions to issues related to products, services, or accounts. They process orders, returns, and payments, while also maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attends to EastWest Healthcare’s general inquiries, facilitate out-patient availments thru the 24/7 Hotline.
• Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of EastWest Healthcare Members thru the 24/7 Hotline.
• Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
• Billing and payment verification
• Cross departmental Collaboration
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science Major courses.
• Knowledgeable in the ff areas: Project Management, Business knowledge, Customer Service and Healthcare
• HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus
• Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet)
• With good communication skills
• Willing to work on a rotational shift.
• With Computer/Desktop equipment is a plus

MONTHLY SALARY:

• 180000
• Negotiable based on the applicant's skill set.

WORK LOCATION:

• Makati City (Preferred candidates should live near the working location)

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Shifting Schedule.
