RTR Tax Technology Analyst [T500-13273]

As a RTR Tax Technology Analyst, you will work closely with RTR Tax Functional Leads and RTR Tax SAP including team members from cross functional Product Groups. In this role, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world in the automation of tax determination. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Support and resolve Production Tickets
• Execute RTR Tax testing activities for weekly trusted change, monthly release, expedite change and SAP deployment
• Update OneSource Tax Determination (Tax Engine) configuration as required
• Manage simple request to check intercompany pricing
• Manage the update of plastic tax related data to be updated in SAP
• Manage the update and maintenance of FX rates
• Participate in ad-hoc activities (e.g. internal/external tax audit, production issues, new projects, etc.) as requested by RTR Tax Product Owner
• Takes ownership and initiative of assigned tasks

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in accounting, finance, information technology or Tax from an accredited institution
• Minimum 4 years of working with SAP in the areas of FI, SD, MM and Tax – Good to have either one

• Basic knowledge of Global Indirect Tax, particularly Value Added Tax, Goods and Services Tax, etc. – Mandatory
• Familiar with SAP master data config (e.g. material/vendor/customer/accounting objects, etc.) – Basic knowledge is required
• Familiar with Agile and JIRA process – Optional
• Familiar with qTest testing approach – Optional
• Ability to communicate well in written and spoken English – Mandatory
• Experienced working in OneSource Tax Determination (Tax Engine) is a plus - Optional
